For product-fit questions

Tell us the RV or trailer type, surface material, repair location, approximate width and length of the damaged area, and whether old coating or sealant is present. Photos are helpful when available. Do not include sensitive personal information in photos.

For an Amazon order

Use Amazon Your Orders for payment, tracking, cancellation, delivery, marketplace returns or refunds. If you contact MOGOFE about a possible product defect, include the Amazon order identifier, affected product, issue description and clear photos or video. You may redact unrelated personal information.

Before sending a product

Do not mail tape to the MOGOFE business address, a retail location or a shipping-origin address without written authorization. Keep the remaining tape, release liner, packaging and a representative sample until the review is complete.
