Products and purchasers covered
This Limited Warranty covers new MOGOFE Yellow Titan RV Roof Sealant Tape purchased by the original retail purchaser in the United States through the linked MOGOFE offer on Amazon.com, or through a future direct MOGOFE sales channel that expressly references this warranty. It is not transferable. Amazon order returns, payment refunds and proof-of-purchase controls remain subject to the terms shown for that Amazon order; this product warranty is a separate remedy.
Coverage period
Coverage lasts for 12 months from the documented delivery date. No separate warranty registration is required. Keep the order record and product identification needed to verify the purchase and coverage date.
What is covered
This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in the tape materials or adhesive that prevent the product from functioning as represented when it is stored, prepared and applied according to MOGOFE instructions on a compatible, stable and properly prepared surface.
What is not covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by improper storage; inadequate cleaning or drying; oil, wax, moisture, loose coating or failing prior sealant; incompatible or aged coatings; rotten, delaminated or structurally unstable substrate; incorrect placement, stretching or insufficient pressure; movement or failure of the roof or underlying structure; accident, misuse, alteration or use outside the published limits; ordinary wear or weathering; or failure to follow the RV, roof-membrane or component manufacturer’s requirements.
It does not guarantee workmanship, leak diagnosis, roof condition or the results of third-party installation. Labor, inspection, removal, reinstallation, travel, loss of use, and damage to an RV, roof, cargo or other property are not covered, except where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
What MOGOFE will do
For a covered claim, MOGOFE will, at its option, replace the defective MOGOFE tape or refund the purchase price paid for the affected product. MOGOFE will cover reasonable shipping required for an approved warranty remedy. This is a limited product remedy and is not insurance for an RV or other property.
How to request warranty service
Email contract@mogofe.com with the Amazon order identifier or other proof of purchase, affected product, description of the issue, installation date, surface and preparation details, and clear photos or video. Keep the remaining tape, liner, packaging and a representative sample when reasonably possible until the review is complete. Do not mail anything before receiving authorization. MOGOFE may request return of the affected product at MOGOFE’s cost.
Implied warranties and state-law rights
To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited to the same 12-month period. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.
This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations above may not apply to you.
